The demand for homes in Spain will reach 500.000 per year between 2004 and 2008

According to the ‘Asociación de Promotores y Constructores Españoles (APCE)’ this represents a progressive gradual decrease in comparison with 2003, when 650.000 homes were built and sold. The continued demand for new homes further adds stability to the construction sector and the Spanish economy is relatively unaffected.
